• Services provided are limited to website designing, digital marketing, software development, and IT support.

• All project timelines will be agreed upon before the start of work.

• We do not share CPanel details with anyone under any circumstances.

• Payment terms for website designing and development: 50% advance before project start and 50% on delivery after client approval.

• If dues remain unpaid despite repeated reminders, we reserve the right to suspend services permanently and withhold all deliverables.

• For Social Media Management, payments are on a monthly contract basis and must always be paid in advance at the time of renewal.

• Websites are renewed annually. Renewal notice will be sent, but after expiry we hold no responsibility if not renewed.

• Any delay in providing required content or approvals from the client may extend project timelines.

• Client must provide accurate text, images, and approvals. We are not liable for errors in client-provided material.

• Additional revisions or features outside the agreed scope will be chargeable.

• In case of disputes, jurisdiction will be under applicable local laws.
