Refund Policy
• Once a project is finalized and payment is received, no refunds will be issued after work has started or deliverables have been processed.
• If a payment is made to our account by mistake, it will be refunded after proper verification.
• After proposal finalization and payment receipt, there is no refund system for any reason.
• If a client requests cancellation immediately after project finalization (before execution), expenses incurred in the first stage will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
